Most Common Problems:
Before you change or do anything, Reboot your computer. Then try your
Inernet connection again. It needs to be off.
1. CAPS Lock on your keyboard was turned on while you typed in your dial in information.
2. User name on connect to screen only has your login name, when it
should be (loginname)
3. Your password could be wrong. Check it again.
4. Your Dial properties could be set wrong. If your connection is still not
working please check your dial up properties.

To do this double click My computer and Double click dial up networking.
Right click on All Idaho and select properties.
Select the server type tab, under advanced options, enable software should
be checked.
Under allowed network protocols only tcp/ip should be checked --
Select the button TCP/IP Settings
Make sure the server assigned IP address is checked --
In the 4th check box select Specify name server addresses --
In the first box (Primary DNS) inpuut these #s
63.228.184.2
in the next box (Secondary DNS) input these #s:
63.228.184.3
click OK--
click OK--
You should be done.
