Most Common Problems
Before you change or do anything, Reboot your computer. Then try your Inernet connection again. It needs to be off.
  1. CAPS Lock on your keyboard was on while you typed in your information.
  2. User name on connect to screen only has your login name, when it should be your full email address.
  3. Your password could be wrong. Check it again.
  4. Your Dial properties could be set wrong. If your connection is still not working please check your dial up properties.
